Shipping & Delivery
All parts and accessories are sent via Parcel2Go, IParcels or other tracked courier services (depending on size of the item) and will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of order.

Simply Softub will provide proof of postage, however if your require your item to be insured or require an earlier delivery, please contact Simply Softub to arrange and pay any extra premium that may be incurred.

Sales of complete tub units (New, Pre-Owned or Refurbished) will be delivered and installed by Simply Softub to activate any given warranty, prices of these are displayed in the individual item. Once tub has been purchased, Simply Softub will contact the buyer to arrange date/times for delivery (within 4 weeks).

Please note, any purchase may only be delivered to the card holders name and address, no international postage available.

Collection of items may be available, please contact esales@simplysoftub.co.uk before purchase.
Privacy & Security
Simply Softub do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
Returns & Replacements
Simply Softub accepts you have the right to cancel your contract with us within seven days of the contract starting, or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longest). You will be refunded in full including postage, if the item has NOT already been dispatched.

If the item has already been dispatched/already received and you wish to return the item please contact us at esales@simplysoftub.co.uk (including your order number) where we will advise you of the returns address to send your item. Once we have received the item back we will issue you a full refund less any postage costs. This will only apply where the part is in the original packaging/condition sent, is in fully working order and has not been used.

Any defective goods will be replaced by Simply Softub Ltd once defective item received back, please once again contact esales@simplysoftub.co.uk and include your order number. Please note after 7 days of receipt we will not accept items being returned.

No returns available on any tub order unless tub is defective and cannot be fixed or replaced by Simply Softub.

Exchanges can be made at the discretion of Simply Softub however no refund will be given in the case of price difference.

This excludes bespoke/refurbished tubs where no refund/exchange is available.

Ordering
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit/debit cards such as Visa & Mastercard along with Paypal payments. (Handling fees may apply, please check your totals before confirming your order) funds will be charged at the time of ordering.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach the Secure World Pay servers. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We do not have any record on our website or office computers of customer credit card details.
Your Account
The account information held at this website is available to you via your log in. The only records we keep are of your transactions and subscriptions. You can edit / remove your account via the Customer Log In area.
